Rental Information

Two unique galleries are available for your consideration when planning your next important event. The Lower Gallery, the larger of the two, boasts high ceilings and natural light shining down from the street level windows. The Upper Gallery, with a capacity of 180, provides ample space for a variety of occasions, while you may have up to 300 people in the Lower Gallery.

The Urban Arts Space also has a conference room that may be rented on an hourly basis. Set in the interior of the building, the room is quiet to keep your meeting focused and undisturbed. Capacity for this space is 20 people. For events that require catering, we have a kitchen available with a sink and large refrigerator. On the following pages, you will find information regarding our preferred caterers.

Because the space’s main use is as a gallery for the presentation of creative works, we ask that none of the artwork is disturbed during your event - just enjoyed! Be sure to check ahead of time for the current exhibit layout, as this changes with each show.
