July 18, 2009: Tom Beardslee Performance
Tom Beardslee, PhD candidate of OSU, came to the OSU Urban Arts Space on December 10, 2008. His musical performance included original work and covers. Enjoy this clip of his rendition of Willie Dixion's "Superstitious."

May 30, 2009: Setting Up and Working in a Home Studio
This video is of the C-bus Sound Project, a part of the OSU Urban Arts Space Idea Lab program. This event, hosted by Mark Bendig, an engineer and music technologist, was an interactive workshop on creating and working in your own home studio. Mark has been writing and recording music since 1969, and provided us with some helpful tips for getting started or continuing to build their studios at home.

March 17, 2009: OSU MFA Theatre Production Photo Slideshow
The MFA actors from The Ohio State University recently produced site specific installations which are on display for the Stage/Studio: Space Transformed exhibition at the OSU Urban Arts Space until April 3rd. The students held a culminating performance here at the space on March 13th which showed a variety of avante garde performances that both shocked and amused. Here are photos from previous productions featuring these actors.
March 10, 2009: Yellow Rose Cloggers
On Thursday, January 22 the OSU Urban Arts Space was entertained by the Yellow Rose Cloggers through an energetic night of dancing. This clip is just one part of the program, in which performers clogged to a variety of genres of music and allowed for audience participation.

Here is Rising Phoenix Theatre Production's performance of Artist Family at the OSU Urban Arts Space. This piece was written by Codi Cordle and Jeff Rhoden in reaction to the exhibition, Alan Crockett: Mark Making. In less than four weeks time, a show was born.
