Every year the Department of Design hosts an exhibition featuring the senior theses of the undergraduates from each of the three programs: Industrial Design, Interior Design and Visual Communication Design. The exhibition will also include projects from select MFA students from the Design Research and Development, and Digital Animation and Interactive Media concentrations.The mark created for the Department of Design Senior Projects Exhibitions is inspired by Ohio State University Design Professor, Peter Megert's famous three arrow logo for his company Visual Syntax/Design Inc. The geometric tessellation pays homage to Professor Megert's original logo. Professor Megert has since retired, but his design and teaching legacy are embedded into the history of the Department of Design. Urban Arts Space, 50 W.
