Iyana's favorite thing she's done so far at Urban Arts Space is working on "On the Ave," an event for Juneteenth that UAS helped to program, which she says was so amazing. In addition to her work as an Exhibition & Education Intern, Iyana collaborates with June, another intern, on social media.

Iyana loves visual arts and music, as long as she can feel it. She says that it's important for any art that she enjoys to invoke some type of emotion. Her passions include her family, food, art, and liberating black people and other minorities, which is the focus of her art.

In her free time, Iyana likes to eat and chill because she barely has any free time. She's also down to do anything adventurous.

Iyana lives by respect, enjoying life in the present, and love.
