What do you dream of creating? What would you tell your younger, creative self?

Artist Commune: Creative Futures brings together artists of all ages—from young creatives to established professionals—for an evening of inspiration, connection, and a celebration of creativity. Together we will explore artistic possibilities through art-making activities, educational experiences, and live painting demonstrations. Young artists in grades K through 12 are welcome and encouraged to attend. Whether you're just beginning your artistic journey or you're years into your practice, this is a space to connect across generations, share ideas, and imagine the creative futures we'll shape together.

This event is held in collaboration with the Young Artists of Columbus exhibition curated by Imara January, which will be on view during this event, alongside the Arts Scholars Juried Exhibition.

Artist Commune is a recurring event hosted by Urban Arts Space that allows artists and the community to come together to create art, discuss art, and network.

Urban Arts Space may photograph or video the event for promotional purposes. By attending, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform event staff.
