Urban Arts Space

Urban Arts Space invites you to learn the language of cross-stitching known as tatreez! Starting with a quick lesson on the history and culture of the art form by Palestinian artist Afnan Algharabli, attendees will be taught authentic tatreez, inviting you to meet new people and explore the practice of storytelling through needle and thread. Tatreez kits will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Guests are also welcome to bring their own supplies and projects!

Artist Commune is free and open to all.
