Join Marco Fiedler (VIER5) for a free two-hour interactive online presentation about documentation and design.

Marco Fiedler will introduce his work as part of the design studio VIER5 (founded in 1997, based in Paris, France and Kassel, Germany) focusing on unique typefaces, visual communication and poster designs, including the 2017 documenta 14 exhibition and the current UAS exhibition Laura Da': Why Lazarus.

Building on the process of documentation and design for the book Ruderal Society. Excavating a Garden. Four Poems by Laura Da'. Ohio Edition (2025)—edited in collaboration with Richard Finlay Fletcher for the exhibition—Marco Fiedler will invite participants to carry out their own documentation of found interventions in their environments (inspired by the work of late Austrian artist Lois Weinberger) and then discuss design possibilities for future projects using the documentation.
