Join the musicians for a more casual dress rehearsal prior to the June 21 performance!

Contrary Motion is a performance of solo and ensemble works by queer composers, placing marginalized queer ancestors Julius Eastman and Pauline Oliveros in conversation with new music by local composer and educator Noah Demland. Artistic directors Noah Demland and Sam Johnson will join forces with local musicians in performing solo and chamber works in honor of Pride Month, June 2024.
