Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Racial Diversity in Design – A Conversation On Navigating a Design Career

Please join us for this timely panel discussion on racial diversity in design education and practice. With the current rise in social justice activism by and in support of communities of color, we have gathered this distinguished panel of our alumni to bring various perspectives, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals to educators to discuss diversity in design. We will be discussing their personal path to and career in design, what experiences they may have had with discrimination along that path, and the role of design in cultivating cultural changes to address systemic racism.
