We Just Still highlights the creativity and innovation of hood culture, offering an immersive experience that showcases the profound impact of Black culture on global pop culture. Through exhibitions and programming, We Just Still tells the story of the beauty in struggle and how Black communities have continuously shaped and redefined music, fashion, visual arts, and more. This exhibition sheds light on the untold stories and contributions of Black hood culture, celebrating how these cultural expressions have influenced and transformed mainstream trends around the world.

At the heart of We Just Still is an exploration of the ways hood culture has produced some of the most significant shifts in global pop culture. Far from being just a backdrop for hardship, the hood has long been a space of creativity, rebellion, and self-expression. From the rise of streetwear to the global dominance of hip-hop, We Just Still examines how art forms born in Black and marginalized neighborhoods have captured the world’s attention, making a mark on contemporary fashion, music, and art.

We Just Still is a celebration of Black creativity, resilience, and cultural innovation, underscoring how the beauty of the struggle has transformed global culture in ways that continue to shape the world today.
