Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Jessica is a Graduate Intern at Urban Arts Space, where she collaborates with faculty and staff in operations, community programming, and arts accessibility initiatives. She enjoys blending creative vision with real-world impact—supporting meaningful, inclusive art experiences.

As a visual artist and photographer, Jessica is especially drawn to alternative photographic processes, painting, and poetic inquiry. Her work explores themes of neurodivergence, motherhood, and empowerment, often using mixed media to tell stories that resist conformity and honor emotional complexity. In her free time, Jessica enjoys painting, hiking with her child, and boating. She’s passionate about educational reform, mental health advocacy, and ensuring that all children have access to creative expression.
