Rooftop Garden Tours
Urban Arts Space is excited to offer additional rooftop tours for 2024 on the third Thursday of each month through October! These dates align with exhibitions on view at Urban Arts Space so that you can enjoy a short guided tour of our downtown gallery space before continuing your tour on the rooftop garden. Please be kind to our student interns who will be hosting these free tours.
In the event of inclement weather, we will strive to email all attendees the day before or the morning of to inform them of the cancellation. (Note: if you are registering for more than one person, you must register each person separately.)

Get an up-close look at the gorgeous garden atop the historic Lazarus Building. As a bonus, you'll also see some dazzling views of Columbus. Photography is permitted (and encouraged!), so fire up your camera and get ready to capture some one-of-a-kind views.
Tours start at the Urban Arts Space front desk with a guided tour of our current exhibition, and then we will move to the roof with one of our student interns or Lazarus Building Manager Robert Turrin for insights into the building's green initiatives and a tour of the garden. Tours last approximately one hour and are held as weather permits. Please note: high heels are not permitted in the garden.
Tours are free and are limited to 20 people, so reserve your spot now! Please check the calendar regularly for cancellations if all spots are full.
