Katie Schantz is a Community Engagement Intern at UAS, where she is excited to learn the aspects of gallery installation and event planning. Katie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Art and a Minor in Animation at The Ohio State University. She is interested in exploring the aspects of game design and 3D modeling. Katie uses digital mediums to conceptualize characters and bring stories to life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her pets, learning new songs on her guitar, and playing video games with her friends. Katie is passionate about bringing attention to the forgotten aspects of life. Her words to live by are “We should always keep an open mind, ask questions, and respect all life."
