As a Writing Intern, Rachael says that experiencing the art and tranquility of the Urban Arts Space gallery has been lovely, and that being surrounded by art is amazing. She loves many forms of art, but is currently digging music- especially Mitski and Rex Orange County, who’ve just come out with new music!

In her free time, Rachael enjoys writing, painting, listening to music, hanging out with her cat, working out, meditating, and sitting down for a hot cup of coffee at Kafe Kerouac. She is passionate about human rights, especially issues surrounding the LGBTQ+ community, health care, race relations, etc.
