'Going green' is a term that is currently used to describe a commitment to the environment and sustainability. In this year's Arts Scholars exhibition, Arts Scholars students ask: "how do you feel about 'green'?" The exhibition features pieces related to environmental responsibility, or lack thereof. Whether the work reflects being sustainable or demonstrates the wasteful behaviors of our culture, you will be intrigued by their take on ‘green.’
The 2012 Arts Scholars Juried Exhibition features work from high-achieving Ohio State University students from all years of study who share a joint interest in the arts, including music, visual arts, design, dance and theatre. Students major in many areas across campus, including many non-Arts majors. This annual exhibition offers Arts Scholars students the opportunity to present their work in a gallery setting, and experience the jurying process, installation and promotion of a professional show.
