Art in the Shadows is a collection of images from Wexner Medical Center resident pathologist, Amy S. Joehlin-Price, MD. Pathology encompasses the scientific study of human disease, and with Art in the Shadows, Price sheds light on the beauty of biopsy and surgical tissue as seen through the microscope. Though pathologists are rarely seen by patients, their work is a part of almost every hospital visit. Art in the Shadows brings the practice of pathology and the resulting images into the spotlight.
