Sarra is a community engagement intern at Urban Arts Space. She works within the gallery space on projects that serve to provide interactive experiences within the arts and bridge relations in community. Sarra enjoys a variety of things while working at Urban Arts Space, including working within the community, the training aspects of gallery operations, and the ability for creativity and collaboration with the UAS community. 

Currently, Sarra is extremely interested in mixing mediums within photography, experimenting with collage in digital and analog film. In her free time, she loves to read novels and watch films with friends. She is deeply passionate about photography both digitally and through film. Sarra also writes in her free time—both fiction and creative non-fiction. Sarra recommends taking in the space and time you are in and enjoying the time you have there.
